This page explains how Nimble uses information submitted through the website and how marketing cookies are handled.

Information you send to us

When you use the enquiry form or contact Ben directly, Nimble may receive details such as your name, email address, telephone number, wedding date, venue and the information you choose to include in your message. This information is used to respond to your enquiry, discuss services, prepare quotations and manage a booking.

How long information is kept

Enquiry and booking information is kept only for as long as it is reasonably needed for communication, administration, legal obligations and business records. You can ask what personal information is held about you, request corrections or ask for deletion where applicable by emailing ben@nimblenorfolk.co.uk.

Essential website technology

The website may use essential browser storage to remember your cookie choice and support basic functionality. This does not require marketing consent.

Meta Pixel

With your permission, the website loads the Meta Pixel. It helps Nimble understand whether people visit the website after seeing advertising on Facebook or Instagram, measure page visits and improve future campaigns. Meta may process information such as browser and device details, the page visited and advertising identifiers under its own privacy terms.

The Meta Pixel does not load unless you select “Accept marketing cookies”. Selecting “Reject non-essential cookies” leaves the website fully usable without Meta advertising tracking.

Changing your choice

You can reopen the cookie banner and change your choice at any time. Rejecting cookies stops future Pixel loading on that browser; it cannot remove information that may already have been sent during an earlier accepted session.

External services

The website may link to or embed services operated by other organisations, such as Studio Ninja, Vimeo, Facebook or Instagram. Those services have their own privacy practices and may process information when you interact with them.
